Staff Selection Commission (SSC) biggest requirement agency for the govt dept. Every year many vacancies are filled by SSC. Govt Jobs are the most important in today's life survival in India. The Staff Selection Commission conducts Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) exam every year for recruitment in various Dept of the Government of India in different States/Union Territories. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) Exam for recruitment mts post in Group "C".

SSC MTS Exam Pattern

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) start conducting the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in Two Tiers :

Tier – I Objective Multiple Choice Computer Based (online)
Tier – II Descriptive Paper in English OR languages included in the VIII Schedule of the Constitution Only Qualifying Pen and Paper Mode

Tier I Exam Pattern :

Note-I: In Tier-I, there will be negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.

Tier II Exam Pattern :

Short Essay/Letter in English or in any language included in the 8th schedule of the Constitution 50 30 minutes

Note-II: Paper-II will only be of qualifying nature and is intended to test elementary language skills in view of categorization of the post as Group-C and in view of job requirements. However, marks scored by the candidates in Paper-II will be used to decide merit in case more than one candidate score equal normalized marks in Paper-I.

SSC MTS Syllabus

Syllabus for Tier I:

Questions on ‘General Intelligence and Reasoning’ will be non-verbal considering the functions attached to the post. Questions on Numerical Aptitude and General English will be simple, of a level that an average matriculate will be in a position to answer comfortably. Questions on General Awareness will be also of similar standard
